I met Lori Allen at the AWAI Copywriting Bootcamp and Job Fair in Delray Beach, Florida in 2015 and 2017.
I was interested in Travel Writing, Photography, and Video. Lori’s Great Escape Publishing was perfect for that.

I noticed that Lori was often very excited about curated travel excursions to Africa, Asia, and other locations where people could experience the world and practice their travel career craft.
So it made sense to me when Great Escape Publishing was sold to International Living Magazine, and Lori started a new company called Focused Escapes.
Focused Escapes is all about the travel experience.
